Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Sheshirt, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days after payment is completed, and once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

In the case of receiving a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.

General Return and Exchange Rules

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on the date on your receipt). After 30 days from the delivery date, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

The item must be in its original condition, with the packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
Items sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
This policy does not apply to items explicitly stated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
For online orders, shipping costs associated with returning the product are not covered by [email protected].
Your rights under applicable consumer law remain in place and are in addition to this return and exchange policy.

All returns must be made to Sheshirt in the original condition. Charges may apply if there is ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.

If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Sheshirt will cover the return shipping costs and restocking fees.

For personal reason returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. The decision regarding the product’s condition and the terms of the return and exchange policy is at Sheshirt’s sole discretion.

Return and Exchange Process

Please note that if your request does not comply with the above terms, Sheshirt will not authorize the return or exchange. Returns without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund, and Sheshirt is not responsible for any loss of goods.

For authorized returns or exchanges, Sheshirt will provide a prepaid return label. Please follow the instructions to return the product, ensuring that you include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts received with the product.

Once we receive your return or exchange, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and we will inform you of the approval or denial of your request. The decision will be made based on the condition of the returned item and Sheshirt’s policies.

If approved, your exchange will be processed, or your refund will be issued within 1–3 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds can take some time to process and may not immediately appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after several days:

Allow some extra time for it to post.
Contact your bank or credit card provider to check the status of the refund.
